How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Writing "Teddy Bear Learns A Special Secret About Wishes," is my first e-book. I look forward to reading a number of e-books by various authors and I search for the books I am interested in by the categories offered by Smashwords. I think it is a great site and I am excited to have my first book represented here.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
The first story I ever wrote was when I was in University. My story was actually the first act of a play and I received an 'A' from my professor. He felt that I should major in English. I felt very excited, upon hearing his comments and I have been writing for years since that time.
What is your writing process?
My writing process is kind of comical when I write children's stories. I sit and relax my mind and wait for the ideas to come. The first thing that happens is that I "receive," the names of the main characters and next the title of the story will come to me. From there the story just kind of writes itself.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
The first story I ever read was actually one that my mother read to me. It was the story of Pinocchio. I felt after hearing that story that "when you wish upon a star your dreams come true." I was only about four years old at the time my mother read the story to me and it is one of the inspirations for my Teddy story.
How do you approach cover design?
I like to find a cover design that stands out when your looking through other books.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
My five favourite books are Seth Speaks, The Nature of Personal Reality, The Coming Of Seth, both by Jane Roberts. The Eagle And The Rose by Rosemary Altea and Awakening The Giant Within by Tony Robbins and Pinocchio.
I love these books because they inspire readers to expand their thinking and create greater things in their lives.
What do you read for pleasure?
I read a lot of books about New Age Books and other books that are inspirational and uplifting.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I would have to say an e-tablet and my computer.
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
Teddy Learns A Special Secret About Wishes is my first e-book, so I am just beginning to explore marketing options now.
Describe your desk
Well, I hate to answer that question because my desk is a real mess. I've got stories everywhere that I am working on and other projects that I am working on as well. I have come to the conclusion that I am a full fledged paper hoarder. lol

Teddy Bear Learns A Special Secret About Wishes is a wonderful story that helps to foster the imagination in children. The characters, being toys have lives of their own, which further encourages the concept of play for children and it has a very happy ending for Teddy and his mother.
