Biography
Susie Halliday is not only Gemma Halliday's amazing mother but also the head of editorial for her small press imprint, Gemma Halliday Publishing, having edited and published over 400 books. With an undergraduate degree in English and a Master of Science Degree in Nutrition, Susie also finds herself amazingly suited to writing and editing cookbooks. Many of the recipes in Emmy's adventures are from Susie's kitchen, and she and Gemma are always experimenting with more! To counteract that, Susie also enjoys lifting weights and running on her treadmill daily.
