Smashwords Interview

How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Honestly, I discovered a lot of them through recommendation and the top free books on Amazon. I'm always looking out for new books to read and if the blurb sounds interesting, I typically will pick it up.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Actually, yes. I was about 6 or 8 and I wanted to impress my granny because she was a published author. It was about a little girl who owned a horse and she loved the horse very much. This girl's neighbor, another young girl, tried to accuse the girl of stealing the horse but that worked itself out. It was really short and didn't make a lot of sense but I was proud of it. I really don't remember what I had called it, but it was a pretty darn good story for a young kid.
